Description
The Bluestoothilizer is a stealth Bluetooth® audio injection mod intended for Chrysler / Mitsubishi radios AR-7752 and AR-7753. On default power up, the mod allows for the passthrough of the factory audio signal, and upon pressing the Preset 1 button will switch to Bluetooth audio. Press Preset 1 again to switch back to the factory audio signal.
The installation of the Bluestoothilizer is straightforward and simple with intermediate soldering experience.
If you do not feel comfortable performing this modification yourself, an installation service is available. Return shipping is included in this service, however shipping to Kytor LLC is the buyer’s responsibility. Careful protected packaging and insurance is strongly recommended. Once your radio is received, please allow up to four (4) weeks for the installation service.
Notes:
- This device is not listed and labeled by a third party NRTL.
- Bluetooth module uses MH-MX8 M18 available on Amazon.
- Although this mod is specifically designed for the AR-7752/7753 it is entirely possible to install it in virtually any other vintage radio such as the RX-170-173 series. However, no support is offered for any radio other than AR-7752/7753.
