One-Piece Light Bar for Jeep YJ (86-95)

Description

LEAD TIME: Ships approximately 6 weeks from date of order.

Bolts to the side of the Jeep Wrangler YJ windshield frame available as either for pure aesthetics (JP18 and 29), or with a top mounting plate for Jabsco-style marine search lamps (JP12).

This is a one-piece fully welded assembly built in a jig for perfect fit up. The bends are nice and smooth with zero kinks.

Please refer to the installation instructions in the “Attachments” tab. It is recommended to degrease, sand, coat with an etching primer, build primer, sand, then paint Ford Performance Red (M6564).

Notes:

1. Mounting holes are standard thru-hole type, not counter sink.
2. These are shown red in the photos for reference only, the light bar will arrive unpainted bare steel.
3. Installation of Jabsco-style search lamps: The holes for wires and the small pattern holes for the lamps need to be drilled out.
