The body was lifted using a custom spring spacer, built with pipe flanges and a nipple, welded and drilled out to fit the struts.
The pipe frame bumper is connected (and removable) to the bumper shocks, it includes a fully functional winch, recovery points with shackles, and hooks for a tow bar mount to flat tow in case of an unscheduled disassembly event. Bends were completed using the beloved Habor Freight "pipe masher". I fabricated a custom cradle to hold the pipe down tight to the dies to prevent kinking.
The pipe frame lightbar is mounted to the factory roof rack points, and is wired in for rally lights. The inner and outer lights are on two circuits to give some flexibility during use.
