Description
Style, Screen Accurate: This is a screen accurate replica of those seen in Jurassic Park, built using measurements taken directly from the Universal Islands of Adventure theme park Jeep. The driver and passenger sides each have a different upper plate profile shape, different depth, and are set onto the lower plate at a slightly different location with the passenger being off-center. This design is not mirrored, but rather a replica of the original flaws.
Style, Mirrored: For this style the upper assemblies are identical and placed at the same spacing on the lower plate for a mirrored look. This is an ideal choice for builders looking for a consistent and clean layout, and would rather have matching set instead of replicating the flaws and errors found on the screen used parts.
Finish: Available powder coat option is a super durable automotive grade satin black finish. Watch this video to learn more about the differences between paint and powder coat.
Strength: While the theoretical shear strength is 40,800 lbs on each tow eye and 36,000 lbs on each bolt, these values have not been proof tested. The tow eyes carry no tow rating and are for “off road use” only. They must not be used as a towing or recovery device on public roads.
